次の日、さっそく次のようなメールが帰ってくる。
暇があったら訳してみてください、たまに英語の文章を読むのもよいものです。
At the present time, Phantom Ranch is sold out for the dates you requested.
Please be aware that availability may change at any given time.
Due to the high demand for Phantom Ranch, we do not keep a waitlist at Central
Reservations.
You are welcome to try back, periodically, for cancellations.
Due to the complexity and specific requirements for Phantom Ranch and
limited number of rooms,
it is for the benefit of our guests to handle these
reservations via phone at (888) 297-2757 within the USA and outside at (303)
297-2757, 7 days a week from 7am to 6pm mountain time zone, you may also
resubmit in full via email to reservations@xanterra.com or via fax at (303)
297-3175.
Reservations for this facility can be made up to 23 months in
advance and many times it is sold out up to the 23 months.
Please note that there is a same day waiting list at the Grand Canyon.
It is located at the Bright Angel Transportation desk in the Bright Angel
Lodge.
You must be there in person to write your name on this list.

ファントムランチは特別でベットの数もすごく少ないから予約取るのは大変よ！
こんなことをきいてもまだ今から予約するつもりがあるんなら、
(888) 297-2757に電話してみたら？
無理だと思うけど。
あ、でもこれはアメリカ国内だと無料通話だけど、
国外から無料でかけられてもかなわんから国外の人は(303)297-3175で電話してきてね。
もちろん通話料はそっちもちよ！
年中無休で現地時間（MTZ）朝7時から夜6時まで受付中！
あとメールとFAXでも受け付けてるからどしどし応募してね！

他のロッジは5ヶ月前からだけどファントムランチの予約は23ヶ月前から受け付けてるからね。
で！
基本的にはほとんどのベットはその23ヶ月前の予約開始と同時に売り切れるから、そこんとこよろしく！
これをきいてもまだファントムランチの予約が今からできると思っているおバカさんがいたら、一応相手だけはしてあげるから電話してみたら？
無駄だと思うけど。

ちなみに、ファントムランチにはキャンセル待ちのリストがブライドエンジェルロッジのデスクにあるから、
キャンセル待ちがしたかったらそれに登録して。
でもこれはこのロッジに自分ではなくてもいいけど誰かが行って直接リストに君の名前をかかないとダメだから、
誰か近くに友達がいるか、近いうちに友達とかがグランドキャニオンにくるならリストに書いてもらえばキャンセル待ちできないこともないよ。
かなり（ほとんど）私の主観的な意見が入っているけど、
すごーーーくわかりやすく？訳す（原形とどめてないけど）とこんな感じになるみたい。
